Lady Gaga’s coming to town

For “little monsters” everywhere, I can only imagine how much you were squealing with delight when Lady Gaga cut the Barneys ribbon with the most flamboyant designed pair of larger than life scissors. She channeled her inner Willy Wonka, Santa Claus and threw in a bit of Tim Burton style into the idea with this holiday workshop that’s open till next January.  There is a little bit of Gaga in everything that can fit into anyone’s lifestyle even for the un-worthy Gaga haters.

From jewelry designed by Pamela Love, to Gaga faced cookies and chocolate lollipops. Plush monster toys for the child at heart and cosmetics and even, Heel-less Gaga style Christmas stockings for hanging on your mantle. The best part about all this is that 25 % of all sales go to the Born This Way foundation, founded by the out of this world songstress herself. The foundation will launch in 2012 to raise awareness for anti-bullying and empowering the youth and inspiring bravery. Also, on hand were some fabulous celebrities like Blake Lively in Ellie Saab, Alan Cumming and NY’s darling designer Prabal Gurung. Dearest Gaga, you’ve touched New Yorker’s with your imagination when building this fabulous holiday workshop for a good cause… and ya did it in custom made Haute Couture Chanel.
